Charges:
The cost to hire this lorry for self drive is as follows:

| Per Week (Monday to Friday) | £395 |
| Per Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) | £200 |
Deposit
At the time of booking a £99 booking fee is required this is deducted from the rental payment, at the time of collection a £750 Damage and Loss Deposit is required along with the rental costs. The £750 damage & loss deposit is returned in full as long as the vehicle is returned without any damage, of any kind.
Payment
Cash or cheques made payable to Rentahorsebox.co.uk, or electronic transfer (contact us for bank account details).
Damage or Breakages
Please be aware that any damage or breakages however caused to any fixtures or fittings, utensils or equipment will be charged at the full replacement cost.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, you must give 2 days’ notice or more then the full deposit will be returned less £35 handling fee. If less than 2 days cancellation then the deposit is forfeited.
Regular Journeys
If you have a regular requirement for transport then we are happy to discuss your needs and quote for the work.
Restrictions
Due to insurance restriction you must hold a Full Clean British Driving Licence for at least 1 year, be 25 years or older, have no criminal convictions relating to drink driving or drug abuse.
Smoking Policy
There is a no smoking policy in the lorry, any person caught or found to have been smoking in the lorry will be charged a £100 cleaning fee and will not be allowed to hire vehicles in the future.
